M Rezaul Hassan
M Rezaul Hassan is the founding Group CEO of REVE Systems, which he established in 2003 after holding CXO roles in several leading IT and Internet service providers. Under his visionary leadership and with a dedicated team, REVE Group has grown into a major global solution provider in the IP and telecommunication sector, serving customers in over 80 countries.
Mr. Hassan holds an engineering degree and an MBA from the prestigious Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka. Widely recognized as an authority in IP communications,

Monnujan Nargis is a founding member and director of REVE Group and serves as the CEO of Le Reve, one of its most successful and fastest-growing ventures.
With a strong academic foundation in pharmacy from Jahangirnagar University and an M.Phil from the University of Dhaka, Ms. Nargis began her professional journey as a research fellow at BIRDEM Hospital, contributing to medical research and innovation. However, her creative vision led her to pursue a passion for design, where she transitioned to the creative helm of Le Reve’s design department.
Under her visionary leadership, Le Reve has significantly expanded its product lines across all major categories, establishing itself as a prominent name in the fashion and lifestyle industry.
Momi Monjil, the CTO of REVE Systems, has been excelling in innovation since she joined us in 2005. With extensive knowledge and technical expertise, Ms. Monjil was deeply involved in developing the IP-based Advanced Communication App, iTel Billing Solution, Session Border Controller (SBC), Class 5 Softswitch, and SMS Platform. Beyond product development, she has been instrumental in automating complex processes for our major Telco & government projects. She now provides strategic and technical guidance to the IP Telephony development teams.
Momi Monjil is a Computer Science and Engineering graduate from the University of Dhaka and later she completed an MBA from North South University, Bangladesh.
Ajmat Iqbal is a director of REVE Group and leads the Innovation Center. With extensive experience in IP-based communications and billing systems, he has previously held key technical roles within REVE Systems, including CEO, Director of Technical, COO & CTO. Under Mr. Iqbal’s leadership, REVE Systems developed innovative products such as extremely lightweight voice communication software for mobile platforms, Bandwidth optimizer, etc. strengthening the company's position in the global telecom industry. He holds an engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology, the country's top engineering university.
With over 19 years of experience in the telecom and digital solutions industry, Raihan Hossain serves as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at REVE Systems. He is a seasoned professional with deep expertise in IP-based switching technology, platforms for MNO/MVNO/CSP, customer engagement solutions, and telecom monitoring and auditing platforms for regulatory authorities.
Mr. Hossain’s exceptional management skills have been instrumental in negotiating & closing large, complex deals and executing effective go-to-market strategies. His leadership has significantly contributed to REVE Systems' growth and success in the global telecommunications arena.
Academically, Mr. Hossain holds a degree in Computer Science & Technology from Shahjalal University of Science & Technology (SUST) and an MBA from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, Germany. His unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen has positioned him as a driving force behind REVE Systems’ continued success.
As the Head of Growth at REVE Systems, Mir Monsoor Hossain leads key business functions, including product development, project management, marketing, and pre-sales to ensure consistent business growth. Starting his journey with REVE Systems in 2009 as a software engineer, he has since taken on several pivotal roles in product and business development, showcasing his versatility, innovation, and dedication.
During his tenure as a product manager, Mr. Hossain contributed to the successful development of over 20 products in the communication domain. Additionally, in his project management role, he has overseen the execution of more than 100 diverse projects including large telcos across different regions, demonstrating exceptional leadership and industry expertise. Mr. Hossain holds an MBA from Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB), Dhaka.
